Sheenam is an Associate in the General Corporate practice. Her experience includes supporting clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including equity investments, due diligence exercises, corporate restructurings, and regulatory and compliance matters.

Her experience includes supporting closing of demergers, advising on employment and labour laws, and reviewing and drafting transaction documents. She has also advised clientele on corporate, securities, and foreign exchange aspects of transactions. She has worked with real-estate developers, startups and growth-stage businesses across sectors including technology, data and AI, renewable energy, electric mobility, and space technology.
