Rishabh is a Senior Associate specializing in general corporate and transactional matters, with extensive experience advising companies, private equity funds, and foreign investors on domestic acquisitions, mergers, and fundraising. His practice involves conducting due diligence and drafting definitive documents for court based mergers, joint ventures, business transfers, and equity investments across sectors including manufacturing, media, medical equipment technology, and logistics.

In addition to complex transactions, Rishabh manages an extensive corporate commercial portfolio, regularly drafting and negotiating operational contracts, including master service agreements, celebrity endorsement contracts, and rebranding agreements. He also contributes to legal scholarship, having published insights on the new Consumer Protection Act and its economic impact in the ABA South Asia Law Journal.

Rishabh assisted a manufacturing company in setting up a joint venture with a private equity fund and transferring the manufacturing business to the joint venture company, including drafting the share subscription and business transfer agreements (2026). He led a court based merger of a leading cement company with another cement company, including drafting the scheme of merger and obtaining the order from the NCLT, Jaipur bench (2025), and assisted a trucking startup in raising funds against a 3 percent equity stake from a foreign investor (2025). He assisted in restructuring a partnership firm, drafting an amended partnership deed and a retirement deed (2024), assisted a leading cement company in acquiring a 74 percent stake in an India based cement company, including due diligence and drafting definitive agreements (2023), and assisted a Karnataka based media company in its 100 percent acquisition by a Mumbai based media company (2020).

Rishabh holds a B.Com. LL.B. (Corporate Hons.) from the Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad (2019), has been enrolled with the Bar Council of Rajasthan since 2023, and is fluent in Hindi and English.
