Parnika is a dual-practice lawyer with experience across corporate and transactional advisory as well as dispute resolution. She advises domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, regulatory advisory, and contract management, with hands-on involvement in legal due diligence, transaction structuring, and drafting of definitive agreements. Her transactional work spans multiple jurisdictions, including India, the UAE, the DIFC, the ADGM framework and Saudi Arabia.

Alongside her corporate practice, Parnika represents and advises clients in white-collar crime litigation, civil litigation, and commercial arbitration. She has assisted in proceedings before Indian courts, including the Delhi District Courts and the High Court, and in domestic and international arbitration matters, including arbitrations conducted under the SIAC Rules and advising on privacy and data protection, with experience in take-down actions and right-to-erasure requests in media and cross-border settings.

Parnika is also engaged in pro bono work, particularly in matrimonial matters, and is associated with Mission Accessibility, supporting initiatives aimed at improving access to justice for persons with disabilities. She has contributed to legal scholarship as a co-author of a book chapter on Expedited International Arbitration, published by Wolters Kluwer.
