Manyaa's practice focuses on commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency, and regulatory disputes for corporations, financial institutions, and high net worth individuals. With over seven years at the Bar, she regularly appears before Indian commercial courts and tribunals, including the NCLT, NCLAT, CERC, and APTEL. Prior to joining Aikyam, she practised with leading dispute resolution teams in New Delhi.

A significant part of Manyaa's practice involves acting for debenture trustees and creditors in high value insolvency and enforcement matters. She defended a challenge to an arbitral award of INR 1.8 billion for a debenture trustee in Pranav Ansal v. Vistra ITCL (India) Limited, and secured a mareva injunction and a related arbitral award of INR 644 crores for the same trustee in proceedings against Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Limited. She represented a debenture trustee before the NCLT in insolvency proceedings over a default of INR 3.8 billion, pursued oppression and mismanagement proceedings for minority shareholders against an NBFC, resulting in the NCLT suspending its board, and argued a batch of eight insolvency petitions covering a loan of INR 150 crores.

Manyaa has also handled significant banking and property litigation, including representing a listed company in a Delhi High Court case reaffirming civil court jurisdiction over contractual remedies against banks, securing an anti-suit injunction for a luxury hotel compelling compliance with an arbitration clause, and representing property owners against government departments in illegal possession for twenty five years, securing mesne profits of INR 4.50 crores after trial.

On the regulatory side, she represented Andhra Pradesh distribution companies in APTEL proceedings on regulatory obligations and jurisdiction, acted as second chair to the Amicus Curiae on online intermediary obligations, and acted for India's leading news agency, ANI, in copyright proceedings against OpenAI and defamation proceedings against the Wikimedia Foundation.
