Deepanjali is a corporate associate and part of the firm’s corporate and aviation practice, advising domestic and international clients on complex financing, cross-border transactions, and strategic investments. Her practice spans private equity and venture capital investments, acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracting, investment fund formation, and general corporate advisory across sectors including IT, fintech, aviation, and non-banking financial companies.

She has significant experience in transaction structuring and execution, conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and advising companies at various stages of growth on ownership and investment frameworks, governance structures, and regulatory alignment across jurisdictions. Her work also includes advising on asset deals, regulatory compliance, data protection and privacy matters, and emerging technology-related compliance frameworks.

Prior to joining Aikyam, Deepanjali worked with a prominent Indian law firm as part of its general corporate team, where she advised on private equity and venture capital transactions, with particular exposure to investment structuring, transaction execution, and related regulatory considerations.
