Daksh is an international legal and strategic advisor with over seventeen years of experience steering complex, cross-border transactions, risk mitigation, and corporate governance across India, the UAE, and globally. He is the Founder and Principal of Aikyam Law Offices, established in 2022 with offices in Dubai and New Delhi, advising international businesses on India and UAE facing transactions, risk, and dispute resolution for institutional clients, listed entities, sovereign linked funds, and family offices.

Prior to founding Aikyam, Daksh was a Partner at a prominent Indian law firm, elevated in 2017 among the youngest to partnership at the time, leading a practice spanning high value transactions and cross-border disputes. He has advised on significant cross-border acquisitions, including as India counsel to Al Ansari Financial Services on its USD 200 million acquisition of Bahrain Financing Company.

Daksh acts as counsel in international arbitration under the ICC, SIAC, DIAC, and ad hoc rules, across seats including London, Singapore, and the DIFC. He successfully represented Emaar Properties in an ICC arbitration involving claims exceeding USD 1 billion, acted for Embassy REIT in SIAC proceedings over pre-emptive rights, and is advising on an investment treaty arbitration against India for a UAE based investor.

His litigation practice extends to the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, and the NCLT, in commercial disputes, insolvency, and shareholder matters, alongside enforcement work before the Serious Fraud Investigation Office, and advisory work for family offices on estate and succession planning.

Daksh holds a law degree from ILS Law College, Pune (2009), and a master's degree from Columbia Law School (2013), where he received the Harlan Fiske Stone Scholarship. He has been recognised by BW Legal World in its 40 Under 40 list and speaks regularly at forums including Abu Dhabi Finance Week and DIAC.
